Elkview Builders

non responsive

they don't answer the phone and don't return calls. My generac has needed service for a month. I'm going to someone else

dealer was first rate

My generator recently was hit by a lightning surge that severely damaged the generator. They were prompt in coming to assess the problem. They guided me to the best corse of action and took care of the problem.Technicians very knowledgeable and friendly. Would highly recommend this contractor 10 out of 10

excellent dealer

Elkview recently sold/installed a stand by generator for me. The owner quickly responded to my inquiry and promptly came for a consultation. Within two weeks of the consult, the unit was ordered, delivered and installed. The installers were courteous and professional, they located the equipment and controls where and how i asked them in order to make them less visually obtrusive. When they were finished, the cleaned up as if they were never there.

Professionals all the way

This company provided fast, quality, friendly and professional service. My fan blades where incorectly installed at the factory and shreeded within 2 minutes of starting my genorator. They cam to the house within 2 days of making the call (told the name of mechanic comming and type of vehicle to expect, my wife like that) and where spot on time. They ordered the part and again the same great service. I have to add this all happened between thanksgiving and Christmas. Another company told me it would be 2 months before they would come to help. If you need generace service this is the place to go. Thank you guys, with service like you have you will go a long way!!!!!!!
