Excellent all around

This company is great to work with. They are friendly, professional and knowledgeable. Jeff and his team helped me get a whole house generator much more quickly than anyone else in my area. Their work is fantastic, they did it on time and put everything in the right place. They are not pushy, hard sales kind of people. They just do the work, instead of trying to sell you on a super expensive "maintenance" plan. I highly recommend them to anyone who wants a generator installed.

Great Quality Installation

Elite provided me everything I wanted and more! The owner, Jeff, personally came to evaluate my home and talk about the installation process. The office staff was friendly and worked with my schedule since there was other work being done on my property. Jeff and his crew did clean work and I love my new generator!

Worst

I called on Monday for service and was told I would be called back in a hour. I was not so I called back, and was assured I would have an appointment Saturday. They said they would call back in a day with a time... they did not! I called back and again was assured I would have an appointment Saturday. Saturday came and went with no call. I waited a week for this appointment that never happened!!!!!

Great generator installation

Jeff came to evaluate my home needs, answered all my questions and gave me quotes for two options of generators in my budget. He was very knowledgeable and the installation went smoothly. I had a power outage and the generator ran great!

A Pleasure To Work With!

GREAT DEALER!

I recently decided to purchase a transfer switch & portable generator for my residence. Elite Generators was the choice for my area. Jeff and Lupeann were professional, courteous, and went above and beyond in their customer service. We had a problem receiving the actual transfer switch part, from the East coast, Generac Manufacturer. The manufacturer continually gave Elite Generators and myself erroneous dates for delivery of the part. This became a delay of well over 2 months to receive the transfer switch. The manufacturer said they were giving any newly created transfer switches to customers that were affected by Super Storm Sandy, which I understand, but in my opinion, don't give dates of arrival on more than 3 different occasions, then not deliver the product as promised. This was extremely frustrating! When pressed on an actual delivery date, the manufacturer was unprofessional, angry and unwavering on any "customer-service-solution" to help alleviate my frustration, other than repeatedly saying, they cannot help me.
