Annual maintenance was done by Elite Electric, Spencer, IN. Product was purchased a year ago directly from Generac. Standby Generator 24KW, very reliable and came on, when there was a power failure lasting over 3 hours, after the product installation a year ago.

Highly Recommended
Elite Electric completed installation of a generator. I was impressed throughout the process of selection and installation. They provided references, pre-site visit, professional estimate. Once selected the coordination of the job at hand with wrap around services was great. The date of installation demonstrated well trained and knowledgeable personnel. Quite impressed.

Not a good company
Came out and tore my Generac apart. Left it open to the weather for 3 months. The part that was supposed to be the fix was removed and never returned. I finally got tired of never being able to get ahold of them and called someone else. They came out and repaired the Generac like they said they would. The part elite took off wasn’t even the part that was bad. Call MHC Generators if you need generator repair, not these clowns.

Sales only....
Should not install! Over their heads! This guy has a lot to learn. All gas work was incorrect, and they are NOT authorized to do installations!
