Gary went above and beyond to make sure we had the unit we needed and that the installation was done right. we were replacing an old generator that was not installed properly. i am so relieved that we now have a backup in case of a power outage. Additionally he listened to my point of view (female) and made sure i understood and was on board with everything - highly recommend him

A Cut Above

Electronique Services was fast, professional and very fair priced. We found Electroniique after trying to get the HVAC company that originally sold and installed our GENRAC Home Standby Generator to come and repair/service it for nearly 2 months only to have them schedule and repeatedly cancel appointments at the last minute saying there wasn't a tech available with the expertise to service our generator. After our dealer canceled over half a dozen appointments we called Electronique and Gary and his team were there the same day we called! They diagnosed the problem and were back to fix it in less than a week. Extremely friendly, knowledgeable and professional. All at a fair price, They explained things about the care and proper servicing of our generator that our dealer never even mentioned. We highly recommend Electronique Services.

Choose the little guy

Gary Ellefsen of Electronique Services installed a new Generac generator for us in Park City during one of the snowiest winters in recent memory. He had to overcome logistical problems due to narrow, icy roads leading to our home and of course daily wind, sleet and snow. Reasonable prices (unlike some bigger firms), positive attitude and very reliable. I hope to see him every year for our generator maintenance.

As I was reading other reviews for Gary Ellefsen of Electronique Service, I kept nodding my head in agreement when they mentioned outstanding work, responsive client communications, and product knowledge. I ordered the generator through a big-box retailer during the \u201cgreat pandemic\u201d of 2020 and was met with supply-chain issues and shipping delays. Because of Gary\u2019s pre-planning, he had me up and running the day of the generator arrived. Would I recommend him? ABSOLUTELY!

Pleasantly surprised

Gary and his team were fantastic from the first meeting to the last day of the install. The knowledge and expertise was outstanding, the care with which they worked around my property, the patience to answer all my questions, the communication of when they would be coming vs. just showing up was simply amazing. I would not hesitate one second to recommend this company. I was nervous at first, not knowing what to expect, and once they got going, I had total trust in them, and it was well deserved.
