Electrical Systems Of Maine, INC

Outstanding, friendly customer service.

1st time customer and they were able to get out to look at our generator SAME DAY! Competitor for same issue couldn't schedule until 2-3 weeks out. Highly recommend. Office was great to deal with, tech was superb.

Very Pleased with ESM of Maine

During my generator, replacement, installation ESM's Foreman chose to improve upon the existing foundation which I consider an upgrade, and and re positioned the unit, as a mater of safety, the exhaust is now facing away from the house - thank you. Overall I couldn't be happier with the product and impressed with ESM's continued customer service - the entire staff is professional, knowledgeable, and friendly.

Great Install

From the 1st site evaluation by Patrick to scheduling by Michelle the install 13kw by Zach and Corey the process was very efficient. I highly recommend ESM for purchasing a Generator, ( a tip, we went with the Wi-Fi App, well worth the extra few bucks )

Great Service

Professional sales and service from start to finish. Highly recommend!!

Great service!

After contacting ESM, they came promptly to look at my home and answered all my questions. Installation was prompt, and the men who did the install were very friendly and professional. They answered all my questions. They had everything lined up with the propane company and the electric company and so the install went smoothly and was done quite fast. I really could not be happier.

Superb Team

We had one dealer send out a sub-contractor to do a site review who left the estimate scribbled on a business card. ESM came out and did a thorough review of our site and our power needs, made several recommendations and took many site pictures. Patrick from ESM presented a detailed breakdown of the charges with a site map and drawings. ESM coordinated the installation with our power company (CMP) and propane supplier who was adding a 3rd tank to our house supply. The site plan was altered at the last minute and the ESM team capably addressed the wiring changes with some guidance from CMP and the installation was completed that day.

This dealer is very professional and friendly

The installation of my generator went very smoothly. The coordination with the sub-contractors was efficient. All the personnel were friendly and very helpful. This includes the office as well as the installers. I would recommend them without any reservation.

So Happy with My Generac and Electrical Systems of Maine

I can’t say enough about the staff from Electrical Systems of Maine for the outstanding customer sales and service of my 22kw Generac they installed. From sales to office staff to the install/service crew, this group of people did everything right. I have been spreading this great experience with friends, family and co-workers. Thanks Generac and Electrical Services of Maine for your product, sales and customer service. PS- my 1st scheduled weekly self-test of the generator went flawlessly as scheduled. Thanks, Tom Cumberland, Maine

This Company is Incredible !!

I am totally impressed and happy with all the staff at Electrical Systems of Maine. After shopping around for a vendor to install a standby, this companies reviews and friendliness right from the onset won over all others hands down. They were up front and honest from the get go. When the crew showed up 1st thing as promised, they did not skip a beat. Friendly, informative, extremely knowledgeable and again I can’t stress enough, a great company top to bottom. Thanks ESM for the great work you do and I am happy to be your customer for life.

Top Notch Install

Electrical Systems of Maine (ESM) just completed my installation of a Generac backup generator. Every touch point with ESM, from obtaining the estimate and proposal, coordinating the install date, to the actual install was done professionally. Day of install they showed up on time, had coordinated all the other parities (gas company, CMP and the local Code Enforcement) and got straight to work. Their staff was courteous and informative to all of my questions. Their work was neat and clean, exceeding my usual high standards. A rare occurrence today to have a company exceed your expectations, but ESM did in spades. Wouldn't hesitate to recommend them to anyone who wants an easy, professional and neat installation.
