Avoid this Dealer
Contacted this Dealer to repair an older Generac Generator that was not running. Dealer responded and replaced battery, They got the system up and running. About 2-3 weeks later Generator would not crank start on manual or auto. Dealer returned and discovered that battery charger was defective. Several weeks later after several left messages I was told they were waiting on a part. Again several weeks went by, They finally came to install part but that didn.t solve problem. They claimed they couldn't find the electrical schatics so I gave them access to my manuals. This past week I followed up and both times I spoke with them only to get promises that they would get back to me. I am now looking for another service co.

Excellent Service
Andy, checked out our new system and repaired an defect that was shipped with the system. Andy seemed very knowledgeable and personable.
