Terrible company
This company took almost 6 months to change the spark plug on a small genset. When we called him, he didn't like our tone and displeasure from his terrible service. He took the generator, placed it on the curb and gave it away to his neighbors. The individual that runs this company is guilty of theft.

Won't answer phone!
I have tried calling this company 3 times. Left 2 messages and 1 call said the mailbox was full. I hope this s not an example of the service and support that Generac provides. It will definately bring down a good product with reps like this.
