The individual I spoke with was John the owner and he was very professional and very knowledgeable on the Generac generator he gave me several items to check on my generator and had all the parts I needed and I would highly recommend this company to anyone
Arrogant and Condescenting Attitude

We have twice approached Electric & Magneto about repair or maintenance work on a residential Generac home generator at our home in Williston, ND. In each case, we were told that since they didn't sell us the Generac generator we have, that they would only come out at their convenience, if at all. The staff, from the person answering the phone, to the repairman, all acted as if we were second class owners of Generac equipment, and not worthy of their time or attention.

I have contacted him 3 times and after 5 months of contacting dealer he still says that I am on his list and has never came to see or service my unit.
