We had a great experience with Electric Doctor.Pat , Garrett, and Josh were so organized and friendly. Along, with the generator they also did some extra work as well. They put a larger electrical box so we have openings for future additions. They were also kind of enough to help us out with a light in our cathedral ceiling which was too high for us to reach. We highly recommend them!

The install went just like they said it would. They started at 9 and finished by noon. The generator powered our house for two hours while we waited for the electric utility to reinstall the meter. We had a good experience with Electric Doctor.

Knowledgeable Generac install

Pat & Josh did a great job installing our new Generac whole house generator. They walked us through every install step before they started for my approvals. They did the installation in minimal time to get the electric service back on quickly as it was a warm August day. After the install they cleaned up the work areas and reviewed all paperwork and generator run steps with us. I would definitely trust them for other electrical projects in our home. THANX GUYS!

Professional work

David and Cayden came on time that morning and worked continuously until the generator and new whole house control panel was installed and generator was running later that afternoon. David took time to answer all of our questions in a way we could understand. When they left everything was picked up as though no one was here. I am looking forward to using them for any future electrical work that I might need.

The destruction of the 2020 derecho turned our world upside down for many days across Iowa! With that in mind, the family made an investment in a standby generator. Meeting with Jeff Lanum, he described every step in the process with details and what our delays could be; considering the supply chain issues after the pandemic. We signed a contract in September and wondered what was happening with delivery after three months? What we really liked was that every time we sent an email or talked on the phone with Lori, Sandra, Terri, or Jeff = they would respond with a full report on where the family was on their scheduled plan!
