Elan Electric Inc.

Excellent product and ser

We bought our standby home generator from Elan Electric and we are very, very happy! They were extremely nice and very professional to work with! Everything was handled by them for installation and permits needed, so easy and no stress for us! Actually we have already had a power outage yesterday and the generator took over and it was a seamless operation! I recommend everyone to get one of these! Thank you to all the people at Elan Electric!!! Cindy and Terry DuMond

Great Job

Joe and all the installation guys at Elan Electric were great! They were easy to communicate with and did a great job. Because I was having a great experience, I used Elan Electric to work on some fans in my house. They are my go to Electricians!

Jae and Elan Electric did a fabulous job. Kept me informed every step of the way. Our power went out three days after installation and everything worked as promised. My wife is happy and that's what really matters.

SERVICE AND SUPPORT

Let's make this simple. This review is NOT AI generated. It is from the homeowner. ELAN has been our choice for servicing, annual maintenance, and remote monitoring since our 22KW Generac Home Standby System was installed a few years ago. Their communication skills and physical skills regarding our system are outstanding. We highly recommend them. 5 STARS.

Fantastic generator! Great service! No worries when the power goes out!

Great service

Elan electric installed our stand-by generator on our well. They included free annual inspections and just completed their first inspection. Everything continues to function as it should.

Worse service ever!

Worse service ever! Showed up 5 hours late, charged an exorbitant amount (almost $900) and never did fix my generator!

Outrageous service charge (almost $900) and they never did fix my generator. Not happy!

EXPERTISE IS THE KEY

Good company; good communications skills by the office and the technician in the field. We have our 22KW Generac Generator serviced annually by Elan and we have it remotely monitored by them as well. It is important to us to know that the system will work to perfection when and if we need it. Elan takes care of all our needs; 100%.

Top notch response. Needed to replace breaker panel

My breaker panel had suffered an electrical short that was hot enough to have melted some key components within the panel. Two electricians responded from Elan Electric. I needed a city permit to do this job And Elan took care of that for me. Both electricians were highly knowledgeable and skilled. I found them to be very professional as well as personable throughout their time at my home. I highly recommend them.
