Emergency Repair

I have a service contract with another company on my generator, but when I got nothing but stonewalling in an emergency situation I called Ed Miller Electric. Thank God I found them on the Internet. The person on the other end of the phone wanted me to look at a few things, as I did and when he got all the information he said he will call someone to come to my house and fix the issue. Someone showed up about an hour after the initial call and fixed the problem with the generator. By the way, it was Christmas Eve. I cannot thank Ed Miller enough and I think I have a new company to take care of my generator. Thank you very much Ed Miller Electric.

Unimpressed

Contacted Miller Electric on advise from Generac regarding how to connect an older generator to a new switch. Seemed to be more interested in whether it was a new installation or needing help with an installation,,brushed me off, not very impressed to say the least and will be at the bottom of the list should I need service in the future.
