Great Experience!

Outstanding customer service and product! Ed Miller Electric was very knowledgeable from the quoting process though the installation. The delivery and installation were on time, and the disruption due to power outage during installation was minimal. They went through everything I needed to know about operation, maintenance, and service. They thoroughly cleaned up the installation area after the job was complete. I could not ask for better customer service from any company.

Emergency Repair

I have a service contract with another company on my generator, but when I got nothing but stonewalling in an emergency situation I called Ed Miller Electric. Thank God I found them on the Internet. The person on the other end of the phone wanted me to look at a few things, as I did and when he got all the information he said he will call someone to come to my house and fix the issue. Someone showed up about an hour after the initial call and fixed the problem with the generator. By the way, it was Christmas Eve. I cannot thank Ed Miller enough and I think I have a new company to take care of my generator. Thank you very much Ed Miller Electric.

Highly recommend Robert

Robert did an excellent job, and was on time as promised.

Very knowledgeable!

Ed and team made the estimate, generator selection, installation, and start up process understandable and efficient. If you are looking for a generator I highly recommend Ed Miller Electric.

Great Dealer

Contacted Ed Miller Electric for my Generac home standby generator. Very clean installation & service was great from this dealer. He helped me with all the permits & final approval from township. Nothing but positive experience from Ed Miller & his team.

Unimpressed

Contacted Miller Electric on advise from Generac regarding how to connect an older generator to a new switch. Seemed to be more interested in whether it was a new installation or needing help with an installation,,brushed me off, not very impressed to say the least and will be at the bottom of the list should I need service in the future.

Couldn't be happier !!

We recently had a 16KW generator installed by Ed Miller Electric. Everything from our initial contact all the way through the actual install was amazing. Throughout the process, any time we contacted him {via email or phone}, he was very quick to respond. Having never gone through this process before, we were never made to feel as though the questions we had were silly or that we were a bother. During the install, Ed & his team worked quickly & efficiently. Overall a very friendly, professional team that we would highly recommend to anyone looking into having a generator. Thank you so much for everything !!

Great experience with this dealer

I consider myself to be very fortunate to have had my generator installed by this dealer. His knowledge in the field was evident from the very start. He answered all questions very patiently and clearly and you were left with confidence that you made the right decision by selecting him. He kept his appointments, was punctual and the installation was completed on the day he said it would. Overall, this dealer is one of the most professional and best I've ever dealt with.

This dealer went above and beyond!

Ed came to a meeting in our new development to discuss Generac Generators. He then visited with each Homeowner, as all of our needs were different. Once we agreed on a price, Ed and his team delivered the generator, scheduled the day to install. They were on time, and finished earlier than they anticipated. I was also having other work done in our home. Ed brought a back up generator we could have used if needed , while our electric was being switched over( luckily the switch over went fast). I would recommend Ed Miller Electric to anybody. Everyone in our community has been happy! Thanks Ed!
