I knew from the first time I spoke to J.R. that he was the installer I wanted to use. He came out and went over every option, all the pro's and con's. He was very knowledgeable, he didn't try to blow smoke or fast talk me into anything. He took the time to find out just what my needs were and how to cover them. The price I was quoted was within $50 of the lowest bid I had. When I got the final invoice, I paid less than was quoted. He was her when he said he would be, it was just a GREAT job. I would use him again and would give his name to anyone that would ask.If J.R. can't satisfy you, Well let me just say, some people just can't be satisfied.

My Generac home backup unit was installed three years ago and I have had maintenance problems for over a year now. This dealer has been difficult to contact, sometimes taking many days to respond to calls, due to working out of the area. He has attempted to diagnose the problem, but after several service calls, he finally told me that he would not be capable of fixing it. After four months of negotiations with Generac, I have now been referred to another contractor, but only after my system is out of warranty.

Had called (2) other dealers + Eck-A-Trol and in just a short conversation I knew Eck-A-Trol was right for me. I was treated like an old friend. The installation was completed quickly and I was actually billed less than the estimate which was a very pleasant surprise. After the crew left, I could not find one scrap of trash and they even re-mulched around the generator to match my garden. Thanks J.R & Chris!
