Whole-House Generator

Purchased a whole house Generac generator and had it installed by Peter and his crew from ECI Electrical Contracting. Very professional, knowledgeable, great crew and service, would definitely recommend ECI for my service needs. Peter was very patient and listened and answered all my questions, Tiffany was also very responsive and put my mind at ease with all my questions. I can't recommend ECI enough. Thank you!

Called ECI back in July, 2022 and Peter came out to provide an estimate. He was in the ballpark of other estimates, but I ultimately went with ECI as they showed the most interest in telling me about the products and the way they would install, and they had the most thorough and transparent estimate related to pricing.

The ECI Team was extraordinary. From the first meeting with the owner, Peter, we knew this was the company we wanted to do business with. They take responsibility for every phase of the purchase - sales, installation, and maintenance. With great pride they say there is no subcontractors to point a finger to if something goes wrong. The electricians who did the actual install were friendly, courteous and meticulous on how they installed the electric transfer box. A perfect fit. Peter, the owner personally came over to complete the outside installation and final testing. He explained everything a guy like me wants to know about the generator and did it with such great knowledge. He is the best salesperson I have ever dealt with when it comes to a capital expenditure like a Genrac. Finally, a special call out has to go to their in-office sales coordinator, Tiffany. She was the best at keeping us informed at every step of the process and always did it with great joy. What a pleasure working with her.
