Eci Standby Power Systems

Best Decision by Far

I couldn’t have asked for a better experience than what I received from ECI Standby Power Systems. Peter is an excellent business owner. My questions were answered, even the questions I didn’t know to ask. The installation, inspections and setup were all seamless. I highly recommend the company for your standby power needs!

So Happy! Peter was great

We just had the generator installed about a week ago and Peter was excellent. Everyone was super friendly and knowledgeable. We have been wanting a generator for awhile and they made it super easy. We can't wait for the power to go out! haha

We purchased our whole house standby generator from ECI based on the recommendation of some friends. We couldn't be happier. The whole process was smooth and well executed. Peter, Tiffany, and the whole team did an excellent job and walked us through every step of the process.

Wonderful company and peo

My wife and I just bought a generac stand by generator from ECI and couldn't of been more happy, it was installed in a very quick and professional manner, and everyone from the girls i talked to on the phone to the installers and peter one of the owners were courteous and kind, and on top of it all, it was the best price out of them all, so if anyone is in the market for a whole house stand by generator I would highly recommend ECI standby generator company, thanks

Great family business !

I finally got a generator from an honest company that cares about its customers. The generator was installed one month after I paid the deposit. All my questions and concerns were addressed and I feel if I have a problem I can call and they will help me. Peter also explained ways to take care of the generator and avoid problems like spraying to prevent ants and removing snow from the side of the generator. He helped me set up my Generac account and the mobile app, which will be good if I have a power outage while I am not home.

From the scheduling to quoting, the responsiveness, expertise, and professionalism of Peter and everyone I had contact with at ECI has been a really great experience. They go above and beyond to ensure that you are happy with the product and service not only at the point of sale, but beyond. I am very confident that I have made the right choice in the product I purchased and also the dealer behind it. I highly recommend ECI to anyone interested in a generator.
