Terrible customer service

Was quoted standby generator in Oct 2020 was finally installed in June 2021. Realize it was COVID and everything was back ordered. Had issue with generator not working properly during the coldest day of the year. (Supposedly a wire was disconnected in the transfer station.) They did call and tell us how to override but took them weeks to come out and reconnect the wires. Also, I was quoted 7 year warranty but Generac tells me I have a 5 year warranty. Stated right on quote 7 years. Contact Eastern and said they would look into it. Its been months and I have still not heard back. They did send me a quote to have maintenance done on the generator (Not!!) I finally contacted Generac as Eastern is one of their authorized dealers. Still waiting to here back. The only reason I went with Eastern is because they had installed a standby generator in a previous residence and had no problems.

Contacted Eastern Electric for a quote for a whole house generator in October 2020. A rep from their company came out did his survey said I will get a quote in a day or so it is now June 2021 haven't received the quote yet. Also called twice they said they will send it right out never got it. I wouldn't recommend this company to change a light bulb If they can't send out a quote just think how bad their work must be.
