We have been impressed with every facet of the project. Our Generac installation included purchase and installation of a 1000 gal propane tank which the dealer oversaw in addition to the generator install. Weather conditions were not favorable but the project manager visited the site 1 day prior, deliberated and developed a plan based on the existing conditions. From the first call, the first visit and the installation itself, it was clear that Earl Weaver are a company focused on quality and customer satisfaction. We learned about this dealer throughadvertisements, Kept the ads, with thethought in mind of replacing our oldunreliable generator. A storm came and welost power and the old generator did not work. Fortunately, the power came back on.Called this dealer next morning, for the firsttime, and he had a repairman come outthe same day and got the old generator working. At that time we decided toreplace the 21 year old generator.This dealer was exceptional. Explainedeverything in detail, about the generator,how it will be set up outside, within code,(our old one was not in code) and service,that will be provided.Needless to say, we are very happy withour purchase and this dealer.He comes highly recommended.

After several quotes, I decided to go with this company due to the professionalism and knowledge when arriving and discussing the system. Not only did they sound professional and their delivery looked professional. At that point, I was sold and canceled future quotes. Installation was quick and on point. The men that came were very polite and worked very hard. They did not mess around they were strictly business and look very professional. But what made me even happier besides the great system they installed, was the fantastic cleanup they provided. There was not one drop inside or outside of any dirt that you would have known they were here. Since I knew they were coming I asked Delmas over the phone if they could possibly raise my outside spicket. I sent him a picture and he said we can have the guys while they were here fix that as well. The day before arrival we decided we\u2019d like an LED light over our shed. Delmas said we can do that as well the same time. We discussed what type of light I was looking for and I wasn\u2019t fussy and the guys arrived the next day with a light and we loved it. We chose Earl Weaver because of a good friend's recommendation. Weaver's built his entire home, as well as installed his Generac back-up generator. Within a week, the generator was installed in about a half day, and two days later, Weaver's installed one for my mother-in-law! Our Generac generator was installed in about 5 hrs. complete with in-ground LP tankl installation, and the needing to trench 100 feet of electrical wiring to the electric box. The installation was cosmetically flawless, and I am awaiting the fall to do some reseeding. I hope we never need the Generac, but the peace of mind it brings is priceless.
