Horrible Customer Service

I made a service appointment for 12pm to have them come and check my generator. The man I spoke with the day prior said if anything would change he would give me a call to let me know. The day of the appointment nobody showed up at 12pm and I did not get a call saying they were running late. At 3:15pm I called to find out if they were coming or not. The man I spoke with said "oh yea, I just found out about the appointment at 2pm, I'm not going to make it and we'll have to reschedule." So he knew about the appointment for an hour and didn't bother to give a courtesy call and let me now what was going on. Very unfriendly and unprofessional. Glad I wasted my day off waiting on these people, it's a wonder how they stay in business when they treat customers like this.

Excellent response and service

I read a few reviews, and almost did not call, but E-Z responded to my Saturday email on Monday, and Tuesday morning the service man was there and diagnosed, fixed, and serviced the unit. I bought my house a year ago and the unit would not start. Now it runs great! Thanks Pete and Mike.

Owner, not so nice

We've had a generator from this dealer for over 9 years and we only have 120 hours on it, yet we are now looking for another generator and the price quoted from Pete Z. was ridiculous. He is not friendly and his only asset is his service man, Mike.We'e had many prkoblems with this generator, when the power has failed, it has failed many times. This with a yearly service agreement of around $250.00 per year.Look for someone else when exploring your new generator. My daughter and I will be looking together, since she wants a generator at her home also.
