I LEARNED ABOUT THIS COMPANY FROM A NEIGHBOR WHO RECENTLY INSTALLED A GENERAC STANDBY GENERATOR. THE INSTALLERS WERE EXTREMELY FRIENDLY AS WELL AS KNOWLEGEABLE...THE OWNER IS VERY PROFESSIONAL AND FROM THE FIRST DAY I WAS CONNECTING WITH THE ENTIRE OUTFIT ON A FIRST NAME BASIS...HAVING SAID THIS, I CAN CONFIDENTLY STATE THAT THIS A VERY GOOD COMPANY. THEY ARE SERVICE ORIENTED AND VERY ATTENTIVE TO THE CUSTOMER'S NEEDS..AND LAST BUT, NOT LEAST THEY CLEAN THE WORK AREA AFTER THEY COMPLETE THE JOB, SOMETHING THAT IS VERY RARE IN THE CONSTRUCTION INDUSTRY...

Thorough, organized & timely

The installation of the generator was just completed and the owner Norbert walked me through the generator operation. A true gentleman, straight shooter. This was much simpler than I thought. The entire staff was very respectful, accommodating and they cleaned up after themselves. Truly, this an exceptional team that is hard to find in the electrical/construction industry in southFlorida. If you contact this dealer and he contacts me I am more than happy to show you my generator and describe the process. These people are living proof that there are still professionals in south Florida with true work ethic and integrity.

Highly Recommend

Called the number provided and talked to Norbert the owner. He was very informative over the phone and he came by the house promptly.He drove me to a couple of installations in the area and showed me his work and I was able to talk to the home owners who were also very happy with him.I signed the contract with him and he did the work promptly. His crew was very friendly.(his son Ricky is part of his crew and is a very nice young man).I highly recommend E&E Power Corp.They installed a Generac Guardian 22KW Natural Gas unit.I signed a maintenance agreement with him and I cannot foresee any issues if I ever need him in an emergency.

They're professional, honest and fair. They were up front on all aspects of the generator of what it would and would not support, as a standby for this particular model for items that we needed running during a power outage.

Not Recommended at all

We had used E & E for several years for service and were told prior to Hurricane Irma that all was well with our generator. The generator worked for 8 - 10 hours after the Hurricane and then quit. I called E & E and the owner came out two days later. He looked at the generator, said that an expensive part was needed, and that it would take 6 weeks to fix. He also said that it was a machine and machines break. Not what you expect during a crisis and not what he said before the storm. He suggested several temporary fixes to get us some power and promised to call us back by 8:00 PM the night of his visit. Then, he abandoned us. I finally reached him two weeks later. He had nothing to offer and told me he had been trying to reach me. He had my phone number wrong. If he would have checked his incoming calls, I left my phone number 4 times. We will not be using E & E anymore. This company is not a good representative of Generac. Very unprofessional. CAK

Be very wary of this provider

I have been using this company for a couple of years and had been reasonably satisfied with the service. In May of this year (2017), during a routine inspection, I was advised that additional services were needed. I contacted the provider on two occasions to receive an estimate for the services and received no response. Five days before Hurricane Irma was expected to impact South Florida, I contacted the provider again who told me that he was too busy to do the repairs, but that he thought I would be fine. We were not fine -- we ran low on oil, coolant and the fan belt broke. When I contacted him after the storm, he did arrive at my home hours later to tell me 'I told you so.' Literally, completely unprofessional. He took the broken fan belt to try to find a replacement and after contacting him to inquire on the status, I never heard back. Until I messaged him to advise that his services were no longer needed, to which he replied 'good luck.' It is times like this that you need to have reliable service providers and he is certainly not one of them.
