Great installation process

The process from talking about a generator to our setup could not have been easier. Paul B came out and review our property and recommended an 18kw generator. Paul G provided the installation and instructions on how to use it correctly. We have lost our power twice in the 6 months that we have had it, and within seconds it has turned on and powered our house. We would recommend Dynamo Electric to anyone in need of a generator or other electrical services.

Exceeded my expectations

I am a retired buyer who ran a business office for a major organization for twenty years. I was also a business owner, a paint contractor and printer, for seventeen years. Dynamo is one of the most professional businesses I ever hired. Their predictions were accurate and their service on time. They exceeded my expectations in every category. The overall experience exceeded expectations.  I had a visit and quote the day after my first contact; the installation was scheduled to my satisfaction to coincide with the gas meter upgrade; the installation took place on  schedule an was completed in one day with minimal power outage; the equipment was installed professionally and started first time; fail over testing was successful and wi-fi connected.  Cost of equipment and maintenance in line with expectations. Very satisfied customer.

Dynamo Electric is an impressive company

Dynamo Electric personnel (at all levels--ownership, technicians, receptionists) were courteous, competent, efficient, and professional. Immediately after generator/installation cost estimate and purchase, Dynamo Electric formulated a Generac Generator installation plan based on my needs and availability. Their technicians arrived on schedule/time and completed the installation within one day. Subsequent required electric and natural gas inspections were approved by county inspectors with no corrections needed.

The dealer and employees were outstanding

Sales presentation was excellent. Installers arrived at precise time as told. The crew was very professional, went right to work, seemed to be a well organized workforce. They were careful to tell me any need to know issues. Worked together as a team. Cleaned up after themselves, and left with no mess, etc. They all thanked me for doing business with their employer.I would recommend to anyone to use this dealer and crew.

I read other reviews before choosing Dynamo was impressed by the fact that every one was positive. I mentioned to a neighbor of mine that I was considering Dynamo and he immediately gave me a thumbs up. He has a business in the area and Dynamo did the electrical work when they started up, and has been they're goto ever since. Paul and his crew are responsive reliable, and professional. They completed the General install in one day,as promised and aside from the new equipment, left no trace that they were even here. Paul came out the next morning and met with the city inspector,. Then he tested the unit, and gave me a thorough explanation of how everything worked. Dynamo is TOP NOTCH and will be our "goto" for all our electrical needs in the future.

The entire Dynamo team was fantastic. From the administration, sales, workforce, and follow-up. Each person is knowledgeable in their trade and very professional. The entire job from the beginning to the end was fantastic. No complaints. They have become our go to for ALL our electrical needs.

Am glad I chose

Recommend Dynamo if have decided to invest in a generator. Everyone knew what they were doing and were glad to help. You could tell that the installers knew what they were doing as arrived on time and set to work. Very little conversation unless it related to reason they were there. They came, did the job and left-no mess, no fuss. When it was needed I was given explanations that were understandable. Office staff were helpful and Tiara even went beyond (I think ) what she had to and Linda was so patient. I was so pleased when I first called as was afraid would have to wait for several months, but nope. Paul was at my place in a matter of days to give me an estimate and get things moving, No pressure
