Generator Service was Excellent

Dusk Industries was quick to respond, easy to plan service with and accommodating. Kristian was knowledgeable, professional and explained everything so I could understand. He was very thorough during the generator service & testing...he even serviced in the rain on a weekend!. His pricing was very reasonable too. He will send a reminder in a year for next service too! If you are in Monterey County, you will be very happy with this company. I am a female and reaching out to get service can sometimes be intimidating but with this company I felt comfortable and valued. Thank you Kristian!!

Kristian came out to our property near south Carmelto analyze our older gen set. We have an older propane backup generator my dad put in when mom was on oxygen, in the 90's. Since then we have put in pv with a Tesla battery pack. I didn't know how the old generator would even cooperate with our new setup.
