Dulcey installed generator and it worked well initially. When problems arose with generator, he became rude and very unprofessional not wanting to stand behind his product.

Very kind,and very informative. Being a single woman, generators are scary to me. They explained everything thoroughly down to the warranty, the yearly maintanence, to the airfilter repacement in three years. Generac would be proud if they went undercover and saw how this company represents them.
