Outstanding people and company!

I bought the Generac 20kw home generator a couple of years after hurricane Harvey. Dillon came to our house and showed us everything we needed to know. His work, along with those of his subcontractors, was done on time and did not cost a penny more than he'd said. This is a great company and has great service.UPDATE: Just went through hurricane Hanna. We lost power and the generator kicked in and ran the whole house without any problems. I even spoke with Dillon the day after the storm because AEP said our electricity had been restored but the generator was still running. Dillon walked me through the steps of checking out what was happening, and we discovered AEP was wrong. This was on a Sunday and he took time away just to help me. You don't see that much anymore but you do with this company! I highly recommend them.

Great Customer Service

I had the pleasure of working with Dan and Dillon with DSGS Power Solutions during August 2018. I have an old (more than 30 years) diesel powered back up generator at our family's beach house which had a manual transfer switch which was very challenging to operate. I was looking for fully automatic start/stop switching solution. DSGS promptly responded to my request to look at my situation and suggest a solution. They quickly determined the type of new GENERAC switch equipment needed and the estimated cost for the job. Within a short time, they installed the new equipment which works great....my back up power now comes on and off automatically as needed. Everyone at DSGS was a pleasure to work with.....very qualified professionals dedicated to superior customer service. I highly recommend the company to anyone with back up power service, repair, or replacement needs.

Outstanding service

I had an older unit serviced by this company and after a while while I was out of town at Add a show Show Dylan drove to my event to service the unit was not able to repair it but dead bring a loaner rental unit for me to use it was the small 2200 unit And it powered everything I needed and was so quiet These guys answer the phone 247 and will go out of their way to make sure a client is happy great job way to go

This company tried to solve an issue with a generator for me, needless to say, I had to call someone else to solve the issue with it.

I purchased the 20Kw Guardian series generator from DSGS Power Solutions, LLC. Dan, the owner of the company and his son Dillon were great to work with. They and their sub-contractors finished the job on-time and on-cost. As a dealer, they just do not disappear after the sale is made and the installation is complete. They are always available for follow up questions and service. I highly recommend this dealer if you are planning to install this type of generator.

DSGS has done a outstanding job in my opion

I procured a 20KV Generac Stand-by Generator from DSGS Power Solutions in Corpus Christi, TX. They are a certified Installation, Maintainer and Warranty provider for Generac, Dan and his son Dillion have been great, they are a professional company and I would recommend them to anyone. The unit starts and shuts off automatically, it is fed by Natural Gas line, I literally do not have to do anything and I have power as long as I need it.
