Cannot rely on this firm

We signed up for annual maintenance some years ago. After a year or two, they stopped coming (and billing, to be fair). Then last month we had a power outage, and the Generac failed to come on, According to the service sticker, it had not been touched in 5 years ! To be fair, I had not noticed that there was no bill, nor had I conducted regular testing. So if you use DS, you'll have to keep on top of them.

From initial call back (next day) to the home visit where they quoted installing a generator for my house DS Electric has been helpful, friendly, on-time, and efficient. Outstanding sales & service

After Hurricane Sandy left us without electric for 4 days, we decided to have a whole-house generator installed. We solicited bids from several dealers and for several makes. Of all the bids, the one from DS Electric was the most comprehensive and the only one that didn't try to oversell us. DS Electric promptly installed the generator and has been servicing it ever since. As a result of their care, we have not been without power since the generator was installed. When we had a problem, DS Electric responded promptly. Should we ever need to replace this generator, we will buy from DS Electric. As a result of our experience with DS Electric regarding the generator, we now use DS Electric for all of our electric needs. They treat us as if we are their best customer. Dave came to give me an estimate and he turns out to be such a great guy. It felt like I was talking to my neighbor. Friendly, knowledgeable and professional\u2026 and he\u2019s a veteran!! Then when his crew showed up to install my generator, it was much of the same. Down to earth guys, hard working, knowledgeable. They did an incredible job and did it quickly.
