This dealer doesn't want to sell to customers. Must be nice to have such a successful business.
Called to get someone to come out and give me a quote for a Generac home generator. Person on phone not very friendly and said they would have to send and estimator out (she sounded it was like a bother to them to have to do so) then tells me they only have one estimator and cant get someone out until a week later. Doesn't sound like a company that wants my business. I am sure there is another company in this area that will want tmy business and sell me a Generac home generator.

This dealer was excellent.
We had a Generac Generator for 10 years during a routine service check we decided to update our unit. The dealer/serviceman was knowledgeable. Understood our needs and advised us on appropriate product. Service/installation was prompt. Cost was comparable and installation professionally handled. We are very happy about our choice.
