Called for on-site estimate and they arrived the next business day. Pricing was fair and financing was easy. Delivery and installation was on time and very efficient! Guys were a pleasure to watch and very informative. Couldn't have asked for better. I would, however, recommend communicating with a propane company prior to installing a generator. That process was not so easy.

The installation crew were great. They worked in a rain storm. They did everything that could be possibly do in the rain. Came back and finished. The crew was very friendly and very polite and understanding.

The folks at Doug Williford & Son are all very professional and helpful. I had a 15 KW generator that bit the dust and wanted to upgrade to a larger generator so I researched the availability of a larger whole house unit and called these folks and their service tech came out and looked at my setup and suggested what I needed to do to upgrade to a larger generator. Being a retired electrician, I did all the required changes needed for the upgrade. I called them when I had the changes made and the made a special effort to fit me in for the startup of the generator. Everything went very well and So far the generator has only started when the weekly exercise happens. We do live on Lake Sam Rayburn and do have unexpected outages from time to time. I do like the shorter exercise time and lower exercise speed plus it's a lot quieter than my old Generac generator.

Not sure if my review made it so doing another. Do not want to miss reviewing this GREAT company. I was EXTREMELY pleased with the people from office to field. Professional yet personal. Wonderful job install. Happy with dealer, happy with job install and happy with my new Generac generator. I HIGHLY recommend this dealer. And by the way I had NO problem EVER getting a return call from them. Expertise PLUS.
