Double D Electrical, Inc.

Declined Bid

Double-D provided insufficient bid detail and an unacceptable work summary.

Outstanding in All Respects

Outstanding from estimate to installation. All personnel were professional and meticulous. On time every time. Couldn’t ask for more.

Would hire again!

We have now had Double D out to our property for 3 different services. They originally ran power to our lot, then hooked our house up for permanent electric and most recently came out to install a generator. Hoping have them out soon to install a battery bank for solar as well. Jason saved us 10's of thousands of dollars by working with his contacts at PSE to come up with a better installation plan for power to our site. He also saved us another several thousand by suggesting we have him install conduit for fiber optic while our trench was open. Jason knew fiber optic would be installed in our area soon, we had no clue until he told us. We ended up getting our fiber optic from PUD within 2 months of our power install. It would have cost us a small fortune to re-trench the 400 feet for fiber optic if Jason hadn't had the knowledge of what was happening in our area and suggested a quick and easy solution to what would have been a huge expense for us had we waited. His knowledge of higher winds and frequency of power outages in our area was spot on as well!

Great service!

Double D was great. They returned every phone call when they said they would. The technical made 3 trips and was on time for all of them. He fixed all my issues!

Very Disappointed!

I would not recommend this dealer to anyone. Waited a long time for our proposal. Had the generator installed and the price was more than the estimated amount by several hundred dollars with no good explanation.

I would recommend this dealer

Because Ferrellgas serviceman Jim recommended DoubleD I went to them. They knew their stuff and convinced me to get a Generac 22kw generator that would power our entire house in a power outage. It was installed very professionally by three servicemen in two days. When I had questions, DoubleD gave me the answers quickly in an easy to understand, professional manner. People in their front office were very helpful too. I have no hesitation in recommending them.

Great experience with DD

Used Double D to scope, estimate, and install my 22kw generator and i'm very happy with their service. I had to be a little proactive about learning what to expect from a scheduling point of view, but they accommodated a quick turnaround quote, gave me excellent advice and guidance, installed it hooked up to my propane tank, showed me how to use it, and left the site all cleaned up. A professional and thorough job. I'm already planning to use them again for another project.

top notch

The staff at Double D Electrical is always there for us. Sundays, power outages, nothing stops them from keeping us up and running. They are the best, Richard L.

High cost not explained

Replaced battery charger of Generac ac generator. . Very high cost. I asked for invoice, but it showed only total amount and no breakdown for parts, labor, etc.

Poor service

Don't return phone calls, don't show up on scheduled appointments, seem like they don't really care about keeping their customer's business.
