The technicians were punctual, actually, a little early. They completed the installation in a competent manner and were also very nice and respectful. They left us with appropriate instructions and all the information we needed.

Maintenance

We have used don\u2019s electric since we purchased our generac. Val was out today to do yearly maintenance. I highly recommend dons for all your needs. Val was fantastic. Thank you.

I interviewed several dealers. Don's Electric was the most thorough and presented the most professional and easy to read estimate. To make it even better they weren't the highest quote. I needed a gas meter upgrade and they guided me through that process staying in touch and answering all questions. The installation crew was efficient and friendly. It felt like the equipment was being installed by friends. At the end of the installation they connected the mobile link and helped me get it on my phone. They explained all the equipment and gave me a folder with written information on all the equipment and contact information. After the State inspection there was a small problem inadvertently created by the inspector. Don's Electric sent one of the installers out right away and fixed the problem. I would highly recommend this dealer.

I had a 24kw generator installed today by Don's Electric. Everything went without even the slightest flaw from Angie in the office to Steve who lead the installation team. Everyone of them was extremely polite and well knowledgeable in their field. We shared a few laughs but in all they had a job to do and never stopped working. I highly recommend Don's Electric for your generator project as well as any other electrical work you may need to be done.

Justin, Luke, and Jacob were friendly, professional, and thorough. They arrived a little early, told me exactly what to expect, got to work and completed the job in a timely manner. (And, they cleaned up the area!) Then they went through all of the paperwork with me, told me exactly what they did, and made sure I understood everything. My experience with Don's Electric Service from the time I sat down to discuss my requirements for a whole house electric generator until the generator was actually installed was both efficient and most professional. I was notified by email and text messages prior to the installation date. I received emails and text messages identifying the Crew and when they would arrive at my home and how long that it was estimated to take to install my generator. The crew was on time, kept me informed of their progress, took great care during the installation, and everything went according to plan and they completed the installation as planned! I was also given detailed information as to what to expect now that my generator was operational and future follow up visits to ensure all is well.
