Don Hillman INC

Great Personalized Service

We purchased and had installed a Generac generator by Don Hillman. We are extremely pleased with the outcome of the installation and the quality of the equipment. They were prompt, professional and extremely accommodating throughout this process.

A No-Show

I asked this Generac-certified service provider to come to my house that's 5 miles from their location to repair my generator casing, but they said they'd come out to give me a quote onlyl if they were in my area on another job. They never called me back and it's been two months. I do not recommend this company that apparently does not want business.

Great customer service from start to finish

We recently had a generator installed with the help of Don Hillman Inc. Our experience with them was both pleasant and professional. We reside in the Village of Pinecrest. The Village has very strict building codes and aesthetic requirements for any construction work taking place. The process of permitting is particularly difficult. Don Hillman Inc. took the time and did the research necessary to cut through the red tape. The installation itself was swift and handled well. Each contractor knew exactly what he was doing and performed their work with minimal impact on our household schedule. I would definitely recommend anyone looking for a backup generator for their home or business give Don Hillman Inc. the opportunity.

pleasure working with this company

Having to replace my generator choosing Don Hillman generators was the right choice. From the sales end to the start-up everyone was knowledgeable and courteous. When pricing out the new Generac generator Don Hillman offered several options which made it easy to work with them on picking the right unit for my situation. Installation and start-up was easy and done right. I recommend Don Hillman generators.
