Doc Watts coordinated the install of my Generac generator with the propane company. My electrical panel required upgrading to accommodate this install. Jonah came and provided estimate and also did the panel upgrade. Joshua came for the final and setup of generator. The ladies in the office are very personable and professional. Impeccable service from start to finish, it was hard for us to even find a company to quote us within a reasonable amount of time (without being weeks upon weeks out, or even getting a call back). Doc Watts was out within 3 business days. Communicated amazingly. Respectful, honest, fair. The entire process went as smooth as butter. From A-Z. Installers were professional and hard working in this Florida heat. Office staff was seriously the best and so "on it" recognized my number even when I called an address me directly when answering my calls... they pay attention to the little details. Peace of Mind

As Hurricane Dorian was bearing down on FL, I was doing my final house check and I noticed that my Generac generator had a yellow light instead of the usual green. I had a service schedule after the hurricane was scheduled to move through. Panic! We ALWAYS lose power during tropical storms and hurricanes. I called Doc Watts and they had their Generac pro come out on Labor Day and a day before we were to be hit. Crisis averted. Professional! Kind! Helpful! I am so glad I have my service through Doc Watts! HIGHEST OF MARKS!!!!!
