Doc Watts Generator Proj.

I recently had the pleasure of working with Doc Watts Electric for the installation of a whole house Generac generator, and I couldn’t be more satisfied with their service. They completed the planning, permitting, and installation ahead of schedule and right on budget, exactly as quoted. The customer service was exceptional—friendly, professional, and always willing to answer any questions. The on-site technicians were extremely courteous and knowledgeable, ensuring everything was done to the highest standard. I was particularly impressed that one of the owners was personally on-site, performing work and guiding the team. In addition, the office staff in all departments was always happy to answer questions and keep me informed of the project status. This level of dedication and hands-on involvement speaks volumes about their commitment to quality. To top it off, they managed to complete the installation in the same day as one of my neighbors who was getting the same service. I highly recommend Doc Watts Electric for their outstanding service and professionalism. In conclusion, if you’re looking for reliable, professional, and friendly electrical services, Doc Watts Electric is the way to go. Their commitment to excellence and customer satisfaction is truly unmatched.

Great Service!!

Fabulous, fabulous, fabulous!! Couldn’t ask for better service! They handled everything including the gas plumber and inspections. Thank goodness for that, because Altamonte was not the easiest to deal with. In fact, I thought, downright ridiculous. Other companies that quoted the system, had me getting the gas plumber & ordering the inspections. What the heck do I know about installing a generator? On top of that, there was very good communication from beginning to end! Couldn’t have had a better company handling the installation. Additionally, they were the least costly, even before you add in all I’ve stated. Highly, highly recommended!!

Doc Watts is superb

Doc Watts coordinated the install of my Generac generator with the propane company. My electrical panel required upgrading to accommodate this install. Jonah came and provided estimate and also did the panel upgrade. Joshua came for the final and setup of generator. The ladies in the office are very personable and professional. I highly recommend Doc Watts for your electrical and generator needs.

Doc Watts is experienced and very professional!

Their team is professional, courteous, responsive, knowledgeable, and work closely with the customer to facilitate what is deemed as a significant homeowner investment. They stand behind their word and can be trusted to perform when promised. The office staff are equally courteous and professional. Look NO Further!!!

Impeccable service from start to finish, it was hard for us to even find a company to quote us within a reasonable amount of time (without being weeks upon weeks out, or even getting a call back). Doc Watts was out within 3 business days. Communicated amazingly. Respectful, honest, fair. The entire process went as smooth as butter. From A-Z. Installers were professional and hard working in this Florida heat. Office staff was seriously the best and so "on it" recognized my number even when I called an address me directly when answering my calls... they pay attention to the little details. A generator is a huge investment, you won't regret going with Doc Watts.

Doc Watts Electric is awesome!

I had the most wonderful experience with Doc Watts handling me Generac installation and start up. These guys are fast, professional, knowledgeable, friendly and courteous. And, they understand customer service! From the beginning, they were patient with me and explained all I needed to know to feel comfortable with the system. I highly recommend Doc Watts for your Generac installation. The entire interaction with the people in the office to the guys in the field, was outstanding. They are a true blessing and you won't be disappointed with their service!!

Very Professional!

I scheduled a site visit with this company and they arrived on time, in uniform and were very friendly! I received a lot of insight and was able to decide on the right size generator for my home. Thank you Doc Watts!

Peace of Mind

As Hurricane Dorian was bearing down on FL, I was doing my final house check and I noticed that my Generac generator had a yellow light instead of the usual green. I had a service schedule after the hurricane was scheduled to move through. Panic! We ALWAYS lose power during tropical storms and hurricanes. I called Doc Watts and they had their Generac pro come out on Labor Day and a day before we were to be hit. Crisis averted. Professional! Kind! Helpful! I am so glad I have my service through Doc Watts! HIGHEST OF MARKS!!!!!
