very knowledgeable
I hired 2 other larger dealers to service my broken generator abd they never fixed it. I called Dean and he came and fixed it in 20 minutes. Hisyearly service was half of the other 2 companies. Im soo pleased. He is now doing 2 more in my neighborhood.

Dont waste your time
Dean showed up gave all the right answers, called generac and started a case..Said he is the only one that carries all the parts. Said he was on his way to another job and would be back. I said great, I would like to purchase two service contracts as well. Never saw him or heard from him again

superior
I had a problem today with my generator that a local company installed. When I called them they didnt have access to the parts.I didnt realize that only the guys online who have the red wrench next to their name are the only certified contractors!!!!I called 4 companies and there was no success. I called Dean and he told me what it was on the phone!!!He was here in 45 minutes and it was up and running in 10 minutes!!!Use who you like but he really knows this product...

sooo pleased
all I can say is thank god I found him. We had crazy pricing and huge run arounds with 3 or 4 contractors involved. he took a short while to get him and I realized he does like 4 generators a week. I felt a little bad because he did mine on saturday and sunday with a very knowledgable helper....his son who works as hard as he does. As a single woman he treated me with respect and never gave me a run around. ill always recommend him.

This guy is your answer! He poured the pad .He wired it. He did all the gas work.He took care of permits and inspections. His propane supplier was on target too .When it needed servicing it was easy and affordable. He carries all spare parts in his truck. He has 6 spare ggens at his shop that he bought just for loaners just in case. You will not be taken care of better.

the only all inclusive dealer!!!
Dean is the only one that does the electrical and the gas work. He also is a warranty center so all bases are covered. We checked around and no one does this or can get near his pricing or knowledge of these units.Highly recommended!!!

Great & prompt services
He responds to calls. Courteous, prompt and reasonable in charging fees. Highly recommendable to others.
