DIX GENERATORS, LLC

Just moved to the area and the house we were buying had a Generac generator. We called DIX to schedule an inspection of the generator and see it started. We were concerned that our inspection period for the new home was short and was hoping that DIX could come out during that time.

Got a email asking me if I would leave a review. Without question, best generator service I have had over the last 10 years. My normal company I use was booked weeks out. We lost power and I called DIX. They were out the same day and fixed my generator. Very professional and I went ahead and signed up for the annual service plan. No more power outages with a generator that doesn't work!

I tried two different dealers to service my 5 year old generator. It took more than a month between the two of them to actually make it to my home. Neither one of them were able to fix the problem. I called DIX and they were over with in 24 hours and the technician really knew his stuff. Had my generator up and running in less than an hour. I would highly recommend them.

I am looking for a Generac for my home. I have called more dealers than I want to say and got a handful of estimates. I was amazed at the responses I was getting. Some dealers were telling me 6 weeks before they can come give me an estimate. I called these guys and got someone one on the phone right away, they got me a quick quote and followed up every step of the way. The quote was similar to the others I got but there service already is far better. I am using them.

Used their quick quote, great idea, didn\u2019t have to have a sales guy come out to my house.  Got a price instantly and I uploaded a few pictures and got the contract.  The final price was within a few hundred dollars and based on my other estimates their price was about the same.  I am using them.

I have made an appointment twice but they never show up. On Facebook the had and ad in which they ask some information, they call and asked for some pictures of the area, but they never got back to me
