Zombie Box Warning
Not happy with the installations. They hot wired my Main meter panel which is a code violation. They installed a sound deadening device called a zombie box. It did make it quieter but voided my 10 year warranty the instant it was installed. I was not warned about this violation of Generac procedures.

Horrible customer service
I called Divine Electric to service my generator that had been installed by another dealer. They told me that they will not perform service on Generac generators they did not install as it "voids the warranty". So, I called Generac to ask if it is true that the warranty will void if someone other than the installer performs service. They confirmed that it is NOT true and stated numerous times that "anyone can service the generator".
