Diversified Electric LLC

Highly recommend D.E. LLC

Tom originally came out for an estimate. Professional and explained everything well. Easy to work with. Explained what he would do in detail. Estimate came back was very competitive. He worked with my timeline as I was working on getting funding for my project. It was easy to schedule work to be completed. He answered all my emails in regards to the generator install. He filed for the permit in timely fashion. It was nice to see the permit as sometimes it questionable if contractor actually pull permits for their work. He was able to accommodate special requests about location placement of the generator. Installation day he came on time with 2 other people. They were all courteous and professional. They were very transparent on the progress of the project as it was anticipated to take about 6ish hours. Project was completed as estimated. Tom went through everything with me so I knew how the generator works and what to anticipate with the generator. Overall, very please with my experience with Diversified Electric and Tom and his team.

High recommendations!

I had a Generac whole home generator installed by Diversified Electric. Tom did a great job explaining my options, the regulations and steps to work with PECO. After PECO was done their part of the upgrade, Tom came out and completed the entire install in one day. The install was expertly performed, with all piping and wiring looking perfect. Once complete, everything was nicely cleaned up. I am thoroughly impressed and happy with the finished product. I would highly recommend Diversified Electric to everyone.

Highly recommend Tom and his team!

Tom and his crew over-delivered on our Generac installation. From our very first call, he set realistic expectations, provided clear and accurate communication, timely sent us a transparent estimate, and kept us in the loop the entire time. He took care of everything - from the permit to clean up after installation. He was prompt, detailed every step of the install, and followed up after the install to make sure we were satisfied. We highly recommend Tom and his company, Diversified Electric.

Great value.

Diversified Electric installed a Generac whole house generator. They were very professional. They are very courteous and prompt, reasonably priced and true craftsmen. All in all they are therefore a very good value.

Excellent experience

My wife and I are extremely pleased with the professional manner our dealer, Tom, handled the entire process, from the initial estimate to the installation. This is a trustworthy dealer that treats you and your home with respect. I am happy with the generator and with the peace of mind I have that Tom will be doing the yearly inspections and standard maintenance. If you have any interest in a generator, I highly recommend Tom and Diversified Electric.

Great experience from start to finish!

We had Tom from Diversified Electric install our whole house generator and the process could not have been better. He was professional, knowledgable and a pleasure to work with. He provided us all the information that we needed, obtained permits, helped with financing and even removed a couple of shrubs for us. Tom is the ultimate professional! A+ service!

This dealer has been great.

I have been using this dealer for several years and he is great. He is always responsive even in the middle of a crisis. Price is very fair. I would recommend them to anyone.
