I made a phone call to Generac and was directed to Dietzel Electric so I made the call and am so glad I did. Dietzel sent someone out to give me information and answer any questions I may have. A day later I had estimates for two different generators. I chose one and they took over from there. They took care of everything from that point; the permit, electric company and inspector, the propane company and put it all together. It took about a day and a half to put in but all is well. I would definitely recommend them to anyone and everyone. They did a good job of answering all of my questions and getting the job done and were pleasant to deal with in each and every contact I had with them.

From our 1st call to the ofc to the professional onsite estimate and the whole fab crew during install - Dietzel EXCEEDED our expectations! They came on the exact date scheduled and @ 8AM - Consumers & Ferrell Gas was onsite; @ 9AM McCoy Heating arrived and at noon-the electrical inspector arrived and we never had to make one phone call. We would highly recommend you engage with Dietzel Electric - a totally professional organization!, Pigeon MI (who go all over the state) for your Generac installation!! P.S. Our Generac runs so quiet, we can hardly hear it!

The crew was at our home as planned. Got the work done in less than two days. On top of that, the building inspector was very much impressed with the quality of the job and made special emphasis on that. He called the Dietzel office to commend the work and let us know the work was done by experts.

They cleaned up everything. Great crew!!!!!
