I called Deyab Electric for a problem with a generac 11kw standby generator (generac recommended). I made the call on a monday morning first thing Bobby said he would squeeze me in in the afternoon. Bobby came over around 3 was completely professional,identified the problem Provided the part and a few other improvements and had me up and running just after dark! It's great to have a company like Deyab Electric in our area to provide that kind of peace of mind ! By the way Deyab did not install this generator nor ask me who did and im new to the area. so thank you Generac support team and Deyab Electric for all the help !

Generac Service Request

Called only to get a lecture that if I didn't buy generator from them they are not beholden for any timeline on service call even though they are listed under Generacs' site for service. If you want to make an appointment it's a month out, and if for any reason are not there when they arrive for service they will charge you anyway. Must be nice to have so much business you can simply be so rude.

Bob and Missie solved a problem that I thought was going to cost an arm and a leg. Temp was around 20 degrees and they took care of it and I could not have been happier. Gen now starts first try. When the bill came, I thought they had made a mistake because I expected it to be higher.. Very happy, have already recommended them to 3 local generac users.

Mr. Deyab has always shown great empathy towards his customers. Eventhough he didn't install my generator; he stepped up & provided timely trouble shooting that resolved my generator's failure mode & allowed it to function properly during an extended power outage in the Wakefield, NH area. He also picked up the maintenance of at least four other Generac owners who, like me, were abandoned by the company that initially installed the generators. He is a responsive professional whose expertise has kept us up & running. Again, thank you Mr. Deyab.

This dealer has a poor knowledge of the Generac product

We relied on Deyab Electric to service our Generac equipment, and over the course of several months, Mr. Deyab demonstrated a poor understanding of the Generac generator. He lacked even a fundamental understanding of engine mechanics, and his "short-cuts" turned out to be a very expensive exercise. Stay clear of Deyab Electric!
