After being disappointed by several installers, we found this company from a flyer in our mailbox. They responded immediately and, despite miserably cold and snowy weather, installed the 20KW generator completely within a few days. The actual work was all done in one day with a minimum of hassle and inconvenience to us.

Too Good to be true? No, Really that good!

I had tried to coordinate the install of my 20KW Guardian myself. I am tech savvy and manage all my home construction projects. Between Purchase, permits, hiring 1 guy to dig, and one company for tank and so on, the Generator sat on my driveway for 3 months. A friend made the recommendation and I met with Mark. He told me he would take care of everything from start to finish, did not seem phased by the logistical challenges of my job, and said he would get in done in a matter of days. I was skeptical to say the least. He did it. I still can't believe it. Mark himself did the site survey and made the plan. His crew arrived and attacked that job, with attention to detail. I wasted too much time thinking I could save a buck. After all was said and done Mark was the most reasonable bid and was one stop shopping. Even if he had charged a premium, it still would have been worth it. I only wish he was a general contractor!! If you are in my area, look no further. Anyone else in comparison is amateur hour if you ask me.
