Won't use again

Won't use them again. Previous customer servicing my Generac generator. Called them at 8:10am on Weds. to setup a service call on my generator, was told they couldn't get there that day, but should be able to the following day. They called back at 4:00pm the next day to setup an appt. for the following Thurs. This when the remnants of a hurricane are going to hit my area over the weekend. Had they told me on Weds. at 8:10 when I called that they couldn't get there until the next week, I would have had time to call other Electricians to see if someone could service by Fri. But now I've lost 2 days and unlikely to get my generator serviced before the weekend & storm, unless I now want to pay an emergency fee. Looking for other Electricians to pick up my business, and won't use Denny's again. :(

I can't say enough great things about this company. They are courteous, prompt, and professional. We had our generator installed last year and have had it "kick in" twice that we know of! The change over is so flawless, we don't even realize it is running! No more worries about losing power in the winter and freezing pipes. If we had a question or concern, the customer service was wonderful-no waiting for days, calls always returned in no time at all. If you are considering using this company for anything, do not hesitate. You will be more than pleased with everything.

I said in case of power outage I needed several home appliances , lights and my main concern my basement sub pump to run.The test finally came SANDY the storm and I was stranded in Miami Florida airport .My neighbor called to give me an update to tell me that the whole area had no power and a lot of flooding was present. He said that he would be checking in on my home while I was stranded in Florida. My neighbor had called me back to tell me everything around the house looked good but there was a little noise coming from the side of the house ,which was the Generac 10KV generator working supplying power and the sub pump was pumping out water .Denny's Electric Services Inc. delivered on there promise that their expertise installation and what this Generac generator would do was the TRUTH.This Generac generator saved me from having a flooded basement and perishable food items alongs with a cold house and other negative results from this storm.
