I was impressed with the professionalism and responsiveness of the sales person, installers and office staff. They took care of everything, from the initial consultation and site visit, working with the county on obtaining the permit, installing the pad and generator and the followup. They kept me informed of status along the way. I am so thankful to have the generator -- we have had 14 power outages since the generator was installed. It has made life so much easier! Great experience

The first site visit was handled by the owner and his son and was informative and efficient. The installers were courteous and very experienced. The owner and his son returned to enable the system, which went off without a hitch. Highly recommended!

Responsive, cost effective and knowledgeable

Degryse installed our Generator over 2 years ago and it has worked well throughout the PGE power interruptions. We've had a few minor issues which the Degryse team jumped on ad responded immediately. Great bunch, who genuinely care about their clients.

They provided an issue-free installation and followed up to be sure we got an extended warranty. We check in with them whenever we have a question, and even now, years later, they go the extra mile to be sure our equipment is well-maintained and safe. this company is great!

We just bought this house and it has a 22K generac generator. Called Degryse and set up an appointment. They came out (arrived early) did the annual service and thoroughly explained how the generator works and what i needed to do (which is nothing)

Extremely happy with this company

I recently hired Degryce Electrical to install a Generac generator at my home. I was extremely impressed with the service I received. The two techs arrived on time, were professional, and installed the generator exactly where and how I was promised it would be installed. I was so impressed I called the owner of the company to tell him how happy I was with his company. In a world where "average" service seems to be the best one can expect, it was nice to receive "excellent" service for a change.
