The Degryse team arrived today and remedied the concerns we were experiencing. The owner/ Arron and his tech Chad did a wonderful job and cannot thank them enough for their integrity and professionalism. We are always happy to see the Degryse folks here, as they are truly our go to when we need help. The owner presents himself and represents his company in an outstanding way; and for that we will continue to hold them in hgh regard. We feel that we can trust Degryse Electric to come through for us even when then has been some tension, Aaron and his team are there and ready to serve. Thank You to All at Degryse Electric; thank you Autumn and Generac too.

Generators Not Their Suit

I was asked by Generac to post something good about this company prior to me finding oil and faulty workmanship. I tried to delete my positive review because Degryse is in over their head, Then when I requested they come back to reconcile, I was told by their owner Aaron that the company is no longer serving our area. These folks are lame and will likely leave you and your Generac motor feeling the same way. Unfortunately I had to put up with their shenanigans because they appeared to be the only reputable Generac techs in our area, as the others just want to sell and install as their isn't a lot of money in serving and they lack knowledge and proper tools and parts to service you; which left them trying to charge us for multiple visits to complete the task. I thought Generac was sending Fitch Electronics , whom now only sells the machines and then gives the service to Degryse who shows up in an unmarked utility vehicle and no business card, no invoices, no contracts. This company did not deserve the review I was initially asked to post for these folks, because in the end the owner negotiated a fairer price after trying gouge us seniors. After they left I have an oil leak on a new generator with less than 42 hours on it. The machine left the factory with valves that weren't adjusted properly and Generac would have paid for the adjustment but Degryse did not send a request so I'm out of pocket with a leaking machine that they/ Degryse won't come back out to repair. SHAME on them. We haven't been able to exercise the generator for weeks; and Generac is dragging us through the mud trying to get another tech here, which is also gonna cost us if the team they don't see this leak as an Warranty issue, even if Degryse caused the leak to occur- perhaps when the torque wrench dropped and loosened a line.... The behavior of both Generac and Degryse left me no alternative but to explain this in a public forum, so they can improve and you can be prepared. I'm still waiting since the end of January to get this resolved, and may have to go to one of the local tv channel help lines to see if 7 on your side might try to find amenable solution to getting our machine back in service. Next time, we might consider a Kohler and or try finding a new technician who will come to the our Coastal hamlet, and provide timely care and professionalism. They are probably good electricians, but the Generac generator hustle may not be their strong suit. I would use them again for this tiny repair because they have been the only Generac tech team that has any ability in over 20+ years of owning Generac air cooled generators, the last one sold me a used Generac generator that had over 360 hours on it as "New," Another one had his unlicensed and untrained son fry the controller in another new machine; and yet another tech let my 240 hour newish motor over rev and burnt the engine out and wanted to be paid and left with the generator to part out for cash-then placed a mechanic's lien placed on our house. IMHO: Generac may do a lot of ads and be one of the only players in the game, but they are sorely lacking for quality or even more important- qualified techs. Buyer beware.

They Really Had Our Back

This is one reputable Generac Service Team. The Owner, represents his company with great integrity, by demonstrating great care and concern for us. I would feel comfortable with any of their skillful technicians on our property without hesitation. This Company had our back and earned our respect and future service needs. We’ve been Generac customers for nearly three decades; and this company has been the best thus far. Thanks to All that made our experience good enough to write a review.

Immediate emergency ser

year very fortunate to have Degryse Electric as 1 of your sales companies. We purchased your generator through them and they installed it. The reason that I am writing this review presently is because of the excellent service that we received from them after a power failure several weeks ago. The generator started up immediately or within the minute or so that is required the problem we noticed was that the air conditioning system that we have in the house that his program did not come back on again. The program needed to be reprogrammed to get it going and there was a concern on our part as to why that might have occurred. We put a call out to the a tract company that it stalled the air conditioning system and the thermostat as well as a call out to Degryse. I have received a call back from Degryse the day I left a message. The young lady I spoke with was most polite most efficient and indicated she was going to contact 1 of the service representatives to get some information about the problem that we had been faced with to determine whether it might be generator caused or AC thermometer cause. We also put a call out to the company that installs the thermometer and the AC system. As of Monday of this week we had not heard anything from the AC company but representative Chad from Degryse made appointment and came out on this Thursday to check out the generator and try and identify the cause for the problem. he was able to identify that there was no problem with the generator but that the issue was with the thermostat. He was able to give us the name of a different AC company that he had heard excellent recommendations of and we contacted them and they are going to be coming out next week to install a new thermostat with a battery backup which we should have had initially. We are no longer using the old H back company that did not respond tall. Coincidentally when Chad was checking out the generator which is in the area of a pool pump that we have the house he noticed a very very small pinhole leak in the pool sweep pump. This is something that we probably never would have noticed ourselves. Needless to say we were very grateful not only for chads checking out the generator itself replicating the power outage and problem with the H fax system that we had not starting when the power went out as well as giving us referral to a new company that we are going to start to use that seemed to be very polite very cooperative and I think will be very satisfied with them. We are also very grateful that he was able to see a small leak in the pool sweep pump machine that we will have replaced. Needless to say we are thrilled with the service that we have received from Degryse and as I mentioned initially you were fortunate to have a company as responsive responsible and competent as they are. We are most fortunate to have 1 of your generators and to have Degryse available for emergency situations.

Hello Cherie, It has been such a pleasure working with you, the crew and your company. The whole experience was painless and done quickly, very efficiently and professionally. Your company has obviously hired the best and brightest. I am talking about Jeff, yourself, Chad and Brandon. My husband and I have decided that when we completely remodel our home, shop and barn, we are hiring Degryse for the job. No point in playing around, we are going with the best! They were awesome!

I was impressed with the professionalism and responsiveness of the sales person, installers and office staff. They took care of everything, from the initial consultation and site visit, working with the county on obtaining the permit, installing the pad and generator and the followup. They kept me informed of status along the way. I am so thankful to have the generator -- we have had 14 power outages since the generator was installed. It has made life so much easier! Great experience

The first site visit was handled by the owner and his son and was informative and efficient. The installers were courteous and very experienced. The owner and his son returned to enable the system, which went off without a hitch. Highly recommended!

Responsive, cost effective and knowledgeable

Degryse installed our Generator over 2 years ago and it has worked well throughout the PGE power interruptions. We've had a few minor issues which the Degryse team jumped on ad responded immediately. Great bunch, who genuinely care about their clients.

5 stars is not enough!

Degryse Electric is the best! They do what they say when they say they will do it. They helped us decide on the best type of unit for our needs. They provided an issue-free installation and followed up to be sure we got an extended warranty. We check in with them whenever we have a question, and even now, years later, they go the extra mile to be sure our equipment is well-maintained and safe. It's a pleasure to work with such a professional operation conducted by such friendly people who take pride in doing great work.
