The most professional!

Customer Service Excellence!!! We've never been more impressed with a contractor than we are with Deer Creek. We have many ongoing relationships after purchasing our new home 3 years ago. Deer Creek should teach all of these other companies how to treat their customer with honesty, accountability, and professionalism. So happy we went with Deer Creek for our in-home generator.

Recommend Deer Creek Elec

Deer Creek Electric installed my purchased Generac home standby generator today and I could not be happier! From start to finish they are professional and share their extensive knowledge without hesitation as they walk you through the process from purchase to installation and beyond. I know I am in good hands and I highly recommend joining their customer "family"

Excellent Company

My husband & I purchased a Generac Generator from Deer Creek Electric and it was a great decision. If we have trouble anytime with the generator, just call and the company comes right out to fix the problem. Everybody we have dealt with so far at the company is very understanding and will get right on the problem to get things done. Karen the receptionist is a very nice, pleasant and understanding lady to deal with. If she doesn’t have an answer for you at the time, she will find it and immediately call you right back. My husband and I are very pleased and satisfied with Deer Creek Electric. I truly recommend them to everybody. ❤️😃

Great Service

Our technician was professional and took the time to explain everything that he was doing. Highly recommend.

"Tesla > Edison"

Deer Creek Electric has the POWER! Our area has demonstrated increased outages throughout the year. Upperco, MD experiences approximately 2-3 annually. And having been a few years, since our install of a 26kw Generac we have never once given it a rethought. Our decision was strengthened with the service plan, that provides assurances. Recently, I had taken my 11 yr. old to the theatre for the new He-man movie only to discover after the area had been hit by unexpected weather resulting in an outage. My wife with our other 2 younger children never reached out to mention of the power issue, as she assumed the app. notified and wasn't concerned herself having lived thru an outage with our Generac. The residence is seamless with its 15 sec. delay until power is restored. No longer are you getting blind-sided in the midst of a self shower, no pun, nor having to manage toilets with jugs of pre-purchased distilled water. Even the most water efficient ones nowadays take more than one gallon for one flush. And we're a family of 5. My wife typically schedules grocery shopping on a Sunday and given the power was being provided did not hesitate to stay on schedule. It aided in maintaining our busy work schedules. The buck may stop with Deer Creek, but the power does not! Chapeau to both Brian & Karen.

Generator Installation.

My wife and I were very happy with the service provided by Deer Creek from the beginning to the end. The owner and his staff were very professional and courteous throughout the financial process. The scheduling and the installation was also effortless. The technicians were professional and knowledgeable. The installation was completed on time as promised. I would highly recommend Deer Creek to my friends and families.

Responded quickly to the problem once they got the go ahead from Generac customer service.

Great Features + Service!

Deer Creek Electric provides quality back-up generators. The installation was done with care, expertise and eye for detail. Not only did they provide excellent installation, but they also provide maintenance as per Generac's strict requirements. In addition, the installers took time to walk us through all facets of using the unit. I highly recommend Deer Creek Electric to anyone considering a backup generator.
