Deer Creek Electric is passionate about their work and won hands down. Identified exactly what was needed at our house. Their extensive experience shows. Appreciate the training their techs recieve. Even their office staff is on top of things, making the paperwork go smoothly. Everyone is very friendly and supportive. Got the monitoring and annual maintainance check, too. No worries. No hassles. Deer Creek's technicians arrived on time and performed a very professional installation. They answered any questions I had, and when the installation was completed, explained everything I needed to know about our new generator.

Outstanding Installation

Deer Creek Electric was outstanding in installing my 26kw whole house generator. They provided a timely and accurate estimate, installation timeline and were professional and friendly throughout. They took great care in minimizing any impact on my home given the location of the generator and the distance to the breaker panels but they were always looking to make it perfect. They achieved a highly efficient result that even the inspector was impressed with. While they may charge a bit more than the competition it\u2019s worth it because from obtaining permits to installing, they did it right.

I definitely would recommend Deer Creek Electric for work on electrical n generator work. They sent their tech to our house within a couple of hours of our reported problem. The tech walked me thru every step that he was doing n then took the time, with patience, to explain what I had done wrong n what to look for in the future. True professionalism

Deer Creek Electric is great to work with as a generator company. I had an issue before a storm was coming. Noticed my generator was on red. Brian came out, and repaired it before the storm happened. Office staff is great to work with too! I have been completely satisfied with my generator, and Deer Creek. I have 2 sump pumps that need to run when power goes out, and my generator has saved us multiple times. Highly recommend getting one!

Very high quality workmanship.

They very knowledgeable about installing everything to code, even correcting issues that existed previous to their installation. Very nice looking job when finished.

Good experience

I am satisfied with the installation. The generator is mounted on a concrete base and fastened to deter theft. All access holes in the soffit and brick were sealed. The steel gas line was painted. The crew was very congenial and professional. The office personnel are informed and very polite. Check with Dear Creek Elec if considering a purchase.

Installers were great.

The sales person was very good at what he does. The installers were very professional and very good at and friendly and got the job done in good time. I've only delt with company over the phone and the receptionist was very polite and answered all my questions when asked.
