David at Deceaux Electrical did a very professional installation of my generator in 2008 and has serviced it regularly since then. It has always started and run reliably getting us through two hurricanes (out 11 days with Sandy) and numerous outages. David always shows up as scheduled as well as responding to questions or issues. He has given my generator knowledgeable and professional care throughout right down to waxing and polishing the exterior case.

When I bought my house three years ago I was really happy it had a generator. However, I had no idea how to use it or how to maintain it. I found Dave and all my worries were washed away. He is great! He took the time to show me how to use it and what it can do. And he maintains it well that I basically do not need to do a whole lot. But when I need it, I know it is ready to go because Dave takes care of everything. If I had a generator, I would strongly recommending Dave to be your provider. Your worries will be gone!

David has maintained our unit since installation. He does quick analysis of problems, carries parts and keeps us going. I heartily recommend him.

Dave not only did the original installation but also completes our service twice a year. Our generator has always worked when needed (eg long power outages). During one long outage (multiple days) Dave even came out to do an Oil check to ensure everything was running smoothly. I cant rate Dave highly enough.

I have had Deceaux for my servicing of my Generac generator since it was installed and am extremely pleased with the services provided. David explains the servicing he provides as it is being done and also provides valuable guidance in such things as when the battery should be replaced and recommended normal customer care of the stationary generator.
