Very prefessional

As I live close to the shore in Rhode Island, we have lost power on several occasions for extended periods of time. As other construction which required excavation was scheduled to begin last spring, I contacted Phil Deal at Deal Electric to discuss the possible installation of a generator. Phil highly recommended the installation of a propane powered Generac generator. Phil discussed what my expectations were and sized the generator appropriately. He coordinated the installation of the propane tank, the hook up and installation and powering up of the generator with my excavator, concrete contractor, propane company and your company. This task was not easy and required several trips to my house. Phil was patient and keep me apprised of the different steps we had to go thru to get the job completed. The good news is that we have not had a need to use the generator to date but it does test itself periodically. Generac should be pleased that Deal Electric represents their company.Sincerely,Kathy

Mr Deal did a professional job. It was very evident he took pride in his work. He took the time to write a step by step procedure on what to do when I loose power in my house.He spent addtional time going through the procedure with me to ensure I was comfortable with the operation of the generator.I didn't think this kind of service still exisited.I would recommend Deal Electric very highly.
