Dawn Electric LLC

Great service

I had been trying to get someone to come out and install a new module for my 22W generator. The first cancelled my appointment, the second never called back to reschedule. But Dewey answered the phone immediately, ordered a new module, and withing a week of me contacting him, came out to install it. He is fast, courteous, polite, and professional. He was able to get my generator back online with mobile link so I could monitor my generator. I would highly recommend him. From now on, he will be taking care of my Generac generator.

Great Customer Service

We bought a whole house permanent generator from Dawn Electric several months ago. I was interested in a turn-key job. They spent all the time necessary to make us comfortable with our generator selection as well as the complete installation process. They kept us informed every step along the way and coordinated the pad installation as well as the plumber propane connection. Every one knows that Generac is an excellent product, but when pared with Dawn Electric's customer focus the final result is an outstanding customer experience. Our new Generac generator works perfectly and I will be using Dawn Electric going forward.

Top notch service

After speaking to another Generac-certified repairman, Dawn Electric was obviously the clear choice after conversing with him. He was pleasant, prompt, and very reasonable. We will be using him for our yearly maintenance.

Great service from Dawn

We got both of our Generac quiet source generators serviced, it was very professionally done. Scheduling to come back next year. Won’t even consider going with anyone else as long as Dawn Electric is an option.

One stop shop! Dawn Elec.

I have seen the work that Dewy @ Dawn Electric provided for the past 10+ years. Dewy’s work is nothing short of outstanding craftsmanship. I recently had Dawn Electric installed two 24KW Generic Generators at my house with two 200 amp panels. The work is flawless and looks like engineering art work. Not a single issue from beginning through start-up. Both generators started without any issues. In fact, the following week, out home experience a 4-hour power outage and for neighbors around our home was lit up and all appliances and outlets worked flawlessly. If you are looking for someone to install standby Generic generator(s) Dawn iRlectric Company you will need to request. Dewy, thank you and a fantastic installation and service.

Dawn Electric has done an excellent job of servicing my Generac generator since 2021. I would recommend him to my friends.
