Not for me

I decided before I would commit to any installer I would get 4 quotes. The other 3 knocked it out of the park. 2 were Generac dealers and one was Kohler. We have decided on Generac but definitely NOT with Davis and Green. The person they sent out took a few pictures and left saying they would send a quote tomorrow. I received 2 emails from them today neither had a quote. The other 3 places people that were sent came in sat down and explained everything. They took pictures and showed us work from other jobs. They answered our questions and told us if we could think of more not to hesitate to contact them leaving us a personal business card. After listening to the last PowerProElite dealer I\u2019m truly amazed that Davis and Green has that standing with Generac. I feel as though they really didn\u2019t want my business.

Think Twice

I do understand that generators get old and have some issues. That is why we have had service contracts to maintain our unit. We knew our generator was getting older, but we did not anticipate that after 4 trips to attempt to get our generator working per their support contract, that not only did they still now know what the issue with the generator is - we racked up $400 of service fees. Now Davis and Green are proposing either entirely new unit for $10K, or an above the ground solution for $2,000 that they suggest may not even work. Already looking for a new provider as we are underwhelmed with their fee structure and their next steps.

Expert, Customer Friendly Dealer

Davis and Green service was great

Technicians Brandon Crawley and Robert Tucker did an excellent job in getting my generator to run by reprograming the unit. The normal service was performed in a professional manner. I would and will recommend Davis and Green to my family and friends.

Very friendly and knowledgeable

Overall, Davis and Green was responsive, friendly, and knowledgeable. Our generator install was combined with an electrical panel upgrade from 200 AMP to 400 AMP. The team of Doug and Dalton did a good job of connections and explaining how the generator worked.

Standby generator installation, very happy wth project. Doug was very professional and work was completed on schedule and in budget. Would refer others to Davis and Green.

Efficient and Personable

Doug Fisher and Robert Tucker arrived on schedule and installed my generator and did so professionally and efficiently. As we walked through the basic functionality, every step was covered clearly and all my questions were answered. Great job and great service. I recommend this company all the time as they've done work for me before and I've always been happy with the service and professionalism.

Friendly and Professional

We had a generator installed at our business and they were very helpful and flexible in getting things planned to our requests. They had to do a lot of work in the backyard, but did a fantastic job at putting it back to the way they found it after they were done. I highly recommend them for any projects you have.
