Never Called Back

I called this business to set up a service for my 20kw Generac. Person on the phone could not have been nicer. Said she would pass my message on but they were pretty busy. 9 Days later no call back, even to say sorry we can't do it. Total lack of professionalism and class. Don't bother, business will be gone in next recession.

Non-responsive

Never called to tell me they wouldn't be here when scheduled; then told me they would call to reschedule, but never called; Certainly would not expect them to come in emerg. situation.

Can't go wrong with Dave & company

You won't find a better company to work with.When they say they are going to be there they are right on time. Very clean and always ready to answer any questions that you have. I checked with several others and Dave was more knowledgeable than the others.Go with Dave and you won't be sorry!

Turn key installation. Customer service and call back time are exemplary. Very willing to explain everything about the product and installation. No high pressure, just use of the golden rule. This is a company respectful of the people they encounter, a rare find these days.

Up front and HONEST

Nice neat clean install, Dave was very Knowledgeable and prompt which is hard to find anymore. His Service tech explained everything to me and even wrote it down to help me out, He comes annually and services my 20Kw and is always there to answer my questions.They even came out on a Saturday night to make sure everything was working properly.

Oustanding knowledge and service

We live in Charlottesville, but this installer was recommended to us. We worked with Dave Brooks personally, and found pricing and service to far exceed anything that we could find in our local market. Dave is responsive, thorough, prompt, and well priced. Going with Brooks Electric was a far better value for us than dealing with anyone else. Could not give a stronger recommendation!
