They do not service Generac
I went to their office personally a couple of weeks after hurricane Maria hit and I was told they were not servicing Generac generatos anymore.

No good
The technician charge me 200 dollar only for diagnostic that take 45 minute. He told me for fix the electronic card cost me 1000 dollar. That ridiculous.
