Terrible Service
Mr. Darl came out to our home to replace two small switches on our home generator. He informed us he would be back within a couple of days; however, after 2-3 telephone calls to his business, he never came back as promised. He never telephoned us to follow-up after telling us he would do so. We are now two months into this process and he has yet to call or provide the replacement switches. Mr. Darl continued to tell us the switches were on backorder.

No longer a dealer
Used to use Dahl for parts and service for my lawnmower. They have stopped servicing small equipment motors and are primarily just selling and servicing whole house generators - Sorry
