    No follow up or response

    starts off fine but after working on unit multiple times, have had 2 serious outages, over 3 days and the unit failed both times. would not answer calls during outage and hasn't returned calls after. has performed all maintenance and installs and have had to find someone else repeatedly. find someone better because you will not be happy when the disaster arrives and the generator does not kick on after spending thousands on his invoices.

    Was not happy, with his service . I would not recommend him to anyone that wants a honest tec.
