Bad experience.
Was having trouble with my portable generator, and am located a reasonable distance away, so I called. I was told the repair man was out on a call, and would call me as soon as he was in. 5 hours later, still no call, so I call them back, (It's now 3 o'clock), and got the answering machine with a answer message saying their hours were 9-5, and apparently they were closed (at 3)! This isn't the first bad experience I've had with them either. I gave them 2 chances, I'll never call again! Gave my business to someone else!
