I called seeking repairs to my portable generator. I got the answering machine and left a message. The greeting I got on the machine said he would "call me back later". I am still waiting. I guess "later" could be forever!. I would not have him service anything if he cannot at least return a phone call.

Excellent Service!
My husband called Dale Elston because our generator stopped working during an outage. Dale was professional and had a service tech at our home within an hour! The generator was repaired and we were satisfied with this company!
