Poor customer service, I called for the generator sales or service. Does not want to want to sell the product.

Problems began at Installation and continued
At installation due to wires being crossed the unit auto-shutdown every time it was started. This process was repeated about six times before the techs figured out what they had done wrong. The unit was either delivered with an exploded muffler or the repeated auto shutdowns caused the muffler explosion rendering the left side cover lock difficult to operate. Five months ago the engine forcibly ejected the oil dipstick and most of the crankcase oil during a weekly self-test. This week the motor exploded leaving aluminum engine block parts and oil strewn around inside the unit. D-Square Energy refuses to fix it.
