    Disappointed

    Owner met with my wife and I. He was rushed and wasn\u2019t focused. He did not answer all of our questions and did not leave us a estimate. It\u2019s been over two weeks and still do not have a estimate. I called twice to check on a estimate and still no estimate.

    Outstanding Product Support

    The D&S Taylor staff is outstanding from the Owner, CEO electrical engineer to the Lead Generator Technician. If you don\u2019t have D&S Taylor working on your residential standby generator power or commercial power project you need them. I have experience with two of their 22 KW generator installations, they analyzed the load requirements and explained all the details . I highly recommend D&S Taylor for your auxiliary generator power requirements. After the installation is completed they followed up to make sure the system was operating properly. They are the nicest people to have in your home working on your project.
